My journey as a social worker began over 20 years ago, fueled by a passion for helping others overcome life’s challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, from children and youth to adults and seniors. Each experience has deepened my understanding of human resilience and the transformative power of therapeutic support.

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that each individual’s path to healing is unique. My practice is trauma-informed, relationship-based, non-judgmental, motivational, and solution-focused. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and work collaboratively towards your health and happiness.

As a holder of a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I’ve built a strong foundation in social work theory and practice. However, my learning didn’t stop there. I’ve continued to expand my expertise through specialized training in various therapeutic modalities, ensuring I can offer the most effective, up-to-date support to my clients.

To provide you with the best possible care, I’ve pursued extensive training in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – Level 1

Somatic Experiencing

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Emotionally Focused Therapy

Solution Focused Therapy

Narrative Therapy

These specialized trainings allow me to offer a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, tailored to your specific needs and goals.
